About the opportunity:

Working as part of the Faculty Business Operations office team, this role serves as the primary contact for staff inquiries and assistance, overseeing a diverse range of administrative tasks for both staff and students such as procurement, travel and expense reconciliation, and facilities management.  Collaborating within a small team of professionals, the Faculty Advisor will:

  • Foster strong relationships with Academic and Professional Staff, adjuncts, alumni, student clubs, the broader University community, partner organisations, government entities, and industry stakeholders.
  • Offer support in managing events and engagement activities.
  • Adapt flexibly across all areas to meet the Faculty's objectives and align with team strategies and plans.
  • Proactively contribute to realizing the Faculty's strategies and plans.
  • Provide timely guidance and address stakeholder needs and expectations.
