  • HEO 8 Starting Base salary of $117,116 + 17% Superannuation

The Sydney Law School is in search of an Executive Officer to offer executive and project assistance to the Sydney Law School Executive. The role involves contributing to various projects related to strategy, development, and delivery, as well as participating in the implementation of strategies aimed at advancing the School's strategic and operational goals.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • collaborate with other professional and academic staff within the Sydney Law School

  • co-ordinate project-based work, including accreditation reporting and curriculum review, as directed by the Deputy Dean and School General Manager

  • conduct research, assembling and analysing data to prepare reports and papers

  • provide executive support including preparation of correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents

  • undertake ad-hoc projects and other activities as required in the role.

  • background in providing high-level research, policy, and executive reporting support within a university or comparably large and complex organisation

  • experience in working autonomously to complete research exercises and other tasks

  • proficient in stakeholder management, collaborating with diverse groups on projects, and adept at cultivating productive relationships within the school, university, and external partnerships.
