About the opportunity:

We are looking for a proficient administrative professional to offer comprehensive executive support to the Executive Dean and Faculty Manager. Collaboration within a supportive team environment, fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, is essential.

In addition to managing calls and emails and organising the Executive Dean's schedule, this role will also entail providing high-level secretariat support. Responsibilities include facilitating documentation, meetings, and initiatives, drafting both general and confidential correspondence, aiding in presentations, reports, and submissions, and assisting with Faculty committees and meetings. This position requires an inquisitive mind and meticulous attention to detail.

If you possess exceptional organisational skills, a genuine passion for providing support, and looking outside the box, then this role is for you.
