  • Immediate full-time secondments until 31 December 2025

Expressions of interest is now open for a secondment opportunity within the Adelaide University Integration Management Office (IMO) in the Student Experience & Administration (SEA) Domain for the following positions:

  • Project Manager: Student Administration
  • Project Manager: Student Experience and Support Services
  • Project Manager: Library

As a

Project Manager

you will support a range of stakeholders including subject matter experts aligned to a variety of projects, as well as the Domain, Workstream, and Project Lead to document, scope and execute project plans. You must have highly developed stakeholder management and consulting skills to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders. You must be an exceptional problem solver with excellent organisational skills who is adaptable and comfortable with change and working in an evolving environment.

At this stage we are not seeking Workstream subject matter experts, but someone with transferable skills and knowledge to contribute to the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects for the (SEA) Domain to support the creation of the new Adelaide University.

About the Student Experience & Administration Domain

The Student Experience & Administration Domain is responsible for ensuring that Adelaide University is equipped with a full-range of student services, from enrolment and orientation to student support services and library functions, to completions and graduations.  The Domain activity aims to bring together the best of both the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia alongside innovative thinking and national and international best practice to deliver on the aim of Adelaide University being ranked in the top 5 in Australia for Student Experience.
