About the Role 
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Student Enrolment Officer to provide support for enrolments from Swinburne’s partner institution - Swinburne Open Education (SOE).

In this role, you will be responsible for the processing of student enrolments and related activities and ensuring that all enrolment related activities including regulatory compliance requirements are completed and that students and staff have a positive and seamless enrolment experience. You will act as a subject matter expert for SUT enrolment activity and work with key stakeholders to ensure that the enrolment, re-enrolment and enrolment variation processes are compliant and ensure a positive experience all parties.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated ability in customer/student focused operations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in the provision of service, quality and the promotion of a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and make informed
  • decisions regarding complex issues.
  • Demonstrated capacity to conceptualise, develop, review and maintain significant policies and procedures.
  • Experience in higher education / vocational education / Foundation and Pathways administration management, especially in relation to enrolments, course advice and enquiry management is preferred. 

Qualifications
  • Completion of a degree or subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of an associate diploma and subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
