About the Student Administration Services

Student Administration Services (SAS) provides support across the student and teaching lifecycles, from enrolments to graduation. Defined by two interconnected levels of service: the College SAS teams and the University-wide SAS teams, work collaboratively to deliver simple, timely, efficient, and innovative student administration services and advice to both students and staff.  
About the Role

As part of a university wide Student Administration Services team, you will play a key role in the provision of quality planning and operational support services for enrolment and course advice related matters at a College level.

As an Enrolment and Course Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing students with high quality and accurate enrolment and course planning support.

  • Answering complex enquiries and giving specialised assistance and guidance.

  • Acting as a key contact for both staff and students for advice on policies and operational procedures relating to enrolments and course advice.

You will work in a highly skilled team to assist with the ongoing review of business processes and systems for enhanced innovative business practices and an improved student experience across a range of student administration activities.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a passion for student success and provide high quality outcomes and customer service. The key to your success will be your strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you join a collaborative and welcoming team and effectively develop and enhance relationships with a diverse range of students, staff stakeholders.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Completion of a degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

  • Experience and well-developed knowledge of processes related to, providing support for course offerings or the provision of complex course planning advice in an education environment of equivalent.

  • Ability to collect, analyse and interpret data and proficiency in working with complex database systems such as a student management information system.
