About the Role
Craft compelling content & fuel the University's success! Be our Content Advisor, spinning strategic stories across mediums & platforms to engage target audiences, predominantly donors and alumni. Partner with stakeholders to grow awareness, engagement, & fundraising. Think innovative copy, captivating visuals, & social media mastery. This fast-paced role is for a creative mind with a digital edge, ready to make a real impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify, source and produce engaging content, compelling graphics, imagery and video campaign assets for use across social, digital media, publications, web and email channels
  • Write, edit and proof-read copy for paid social and digital media campaigns and other integrated marketing touchpoints in line with approved campaign plans and strategies
  • Conduct brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop future content, applying insights from previous campaigns and market research

Who we are looking for
We're seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to excel in building rapport and negotiating with diverse stakeholders across our organization. You'll demonstrate superior problem-solving and judgment, providing incisive analyses and written reports to inform key decisions. You will also have:

  • A degree (marketing, communications, finance, business or a related discipline) with relevant experience in marketing and communications; or extensive experience and broad knowledge of the field; or an equivalent combination of professional experience and/or education and training
  • Demonstrated experience in managing filming/photography projects, working with suppliers and talent
  • Demonstrated experience with producing various campaign creative assets and content for various digital channels
  • Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc)
  • Demonstrated experience producing content for integrated marketing campaigns with a key focus on digital channels
  • Excellent track record in executing content projects
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of digital media including various social media platforms, their respective audiences and how they can be best used to achieve organisational goals
  • Demonstrated experience working with research, creative and media agencies to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
