Your new role
This dynamic role is your opportunity to drive the application of vital policies, procedures and projects, focusing on complaints management, investigations, conflicts of interest, and fraud and corruption prevention within the University. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Conduct and Integrity Manager, ensuring that all functional activities are carried out with excellence and efficiency. We are looking for someone with…
- Relevant qualifications and experience within the integrity, forensic and risk management environment.
- Proven experience in administering a complaints management system, including triage, investigations, and post-incident reviews.
- Strong ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic team environment.
- Experience in preparing and delivering training materials across diverse organisational settings.
- Knowledge and/or experience implementing a fraud and corruption framework
- Knowledge of conflict of interest, gifts, benefits, hospitality principles, High level interpersonal skills with the ability to develop, maintain and enhance professional working relationships across a wide range of areas and organisational levels.
