About the Role 
We are seeking talented individual to join the Employability team who will partner with students in the co-creation of innovative WIL and employability programs. 

This role will play a key role in the development, planning and delivery of communications campaigns across multiple channels to students, staff and external audiences. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager of Employability, you will use a collaborative, students-as-partners approach to improve student access and engagement with Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) and Employability programs. 

You will facilitate collaboration between student participants and Swinburne Schools to drive the promotion of employability and WIL opportunities, gather valuable feedback for continuous improvement, and contribute to the design and development of impactful initiatives. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in evaluating program effectiveness, ensuring quality assurance, and reporting on the outcomes and impacts of your efforts.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated excellence in communications strategising and planning.
  • Demonstrated experience co-designing and co-delivering activities or services with stakeholders.
  • Excellent content production and editorial skills combined with an ability to work under pressure to produce high quality communications materials. 
  • Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and managing strategic or focused events.
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating focus groups or activities to collect feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications

A degree with at least four years subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
