About the Role
As a crucial figure in the Digital Products portfolio, the Communications and Change Coordinator spearheads the design and coordination of communications, skillfully translating technical details into user-friendly content. Serving as the vital link between technology-focused teams and end-users, this role instills confidence and promotes the seamless adoption of digital solutions. 

Your responsibilities will include: 


  • Lead communications planning and execution for technological and process changes within the Digital Products Portfolio 
  • Develop and implement communication initiatives to ensure awareness, acceptance, and adoption of changes among stakeholders 
  • Simplify technical information, creating engaging content to inform and guide staff through key changes 

Who we are looking for
You will be a proactive, people-focused, and creative communicator adept at crafting engaging internal communications. Bring your expertise in building compelling content across diverse channels and relish the opportunity to mentor others in communication skills.  

Joining a seasoned change management and communications team, this role offers an ideal entry point for those aspiring to advance in a change management career. Leverage your excellent interpersonal skills to navigate complex organisational structures, especially within university settings. 

You will also have: 


  • Previous experience in internal communications within a complex organisational environment or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training 
  • Demonstrated experience in converting technical information into simple, creative, innovative and engaging content suitable for a wider audience 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communication plans, such as internal communications plans, to support staff during change 
  • Demonstrated experience in converting technical information into simple, creative, innovative and engaging content suitable for a wider audience 
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and building internal communications capability in other staff.
