About the role:

As a Clinical Placement Officer you will be supporting our students and industry placement partners to coordinate and deliver real world experience opportunities to get our students job ready. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and using the placement management systems to support compliance and accreditation requirements. 

An example of duties you may perform will include:

  • Verifying students mandatory documentation submissions
  • Liaising with placement providers  
  • Communicating with students regarding their placement requirements
  • Coordination, allocation and monitoring of students placements using InPlace (VU WIL) and other placement management systems

This is a full time fixed-term maternity cover position for 12 months at a HEP 5, $73,852 - $84,831 plus 17% superannuation, classification working 36.75 hours per week.

About the person:

If you have good communication and customer service skills with diverse groups, high attention to detail and experience in a clinical placement and/or higher education environment then this is the role for you.

We are looking for a motivated candidate that can work both independently and within a fast paced team, and prioritise workloads effectively.
