About the Role

Flinders University has an exciting new casual opportunity for a motivated and vibrant Partnership Administration Officer, to support the coordination and administration of university partnerships with a specific focus on pre-event logistics and customer service.

Reporting to the Director Education Partnerships, you will deliver communications relating to a range of events that are predominantly delivered by external partner organisations. You will also be required to:

  • Provide high quality and timely administration support to facilitate the rolling out of partnerships benefits specifically relating to ticketing, activations and events.

  • Working proactively and in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure event information and details are accurate and correct.

  • Develop and contribute to event briefs and supporting event documentation, such as guests lists, invitations, speech notes and run sheets.

About You

You will have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Your organisation and time management skills will be the key to your success as you demonstrate your ability to prioritise your workload to meet critical deadlines and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

The successful Partnership Administration Officer, will also demonstrate:

  • Experience in the effective and appropriate coordination of administration with a specific focus on service delivery of events or projects, and how to achieve required objectives within scope and budget.

  • Experience with directly receiving event enquiries and providing effective and appropriate responses to clients.

  • Effective computer skills especially a sound knowledge of Microsoft Officer package and a basic understanding of database principles.
