  • Play a pivotal role in coordinating the university’s space projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and utilization across the campus
  • Full-time appointment on a fixed term basis until October 2025.
  • Base salary range (Level 6): $91,833– $97,052 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

Campus Management is responsible for planning, developing and managing the University’s campus and property portfolio to support teaching, research and campus life. Campus Management delivers a comprehensive range of university-wide services.

About the opportunity

As the appointee you will, under general direction, coordinate the University’s space projects to support effective space use and utilisation across the campus. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording and distributing the University’s drawings and space data to Campus Management, Consultants and the University community and managing relevant software systems.

About you

  • Diploma in Architectural Drafting, Interior Design, or demonstrated equivalent competency
  • Substantial relevant experience at an appropriate level
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines
  • High level graphical communication skills
