With campuses across Australia and an innovative approach to learning, we empower students to achieve their goals and make a positive impact in their communities.  As a Campus Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the student experience at our campus. You will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of activities and initiatives aimed at enriching student life, promoting inclusivity, and fostering a sense of belonging within the campus community.  You will provide a range of administrative support to Campus Leaders, draft and prepare correspondence and documentation, assist with monitoring budgets and support the management of day-to-day campus operations.

Position Requirements

 

  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creative mindset and a passion for creating engaging and inclusive campus experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor a small team.
