An exciting opportunity has become available for an Associate Lecturer - Nursing to join CQUniversity's School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Sciences at either the Bundaberg or Rockhampton campuses.

As an Associate Lecturer of Nursing you will contribute to the delivery of quality nursing education and the academic and professional development of our students.
The successful applicant will bring to this position relevant qualifications, experience delivering quality courses and units (including flexible learning and multi-campus delivery modes) and highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Position Requirements
- Completed a bachelor Degree in the relevant discipline with industry or professional experience.
- Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
- Willingness to obtain, if required, a qualification in adult education in order to meet the minimum requirements of a Registered Training Organisation e.g. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality innovative courses and units using a range of learning and teaching styles including flexible learning and multi-campus delivery modes.
- Demonstrated ability to make a positive contribution to a team culture, through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and supervise undergraduate University students.
- Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) registration.
- Capacity to conduct research and contribute to the scholarly output of the School (desirable).
- Experience in curriculum development (desirable).
