As Alumni Programs Officer (College and Schools Liaison), you will assist with the planning and developing of alumni activities, campaigns, and programs to connect and engage with domestic and international alumni. You will be a key contact for and work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve engagement objectives.

This role contributes to fostering a strong sense of community, connection, and pride among the University's alumni.

In this role you will:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs to identify and engage with alumni in a meaningful and sustainable way.
  • Assist in the preparation of stories, communication material, and profiles of key alumni.
  • Collaborate closely with internal senior stakeholders, to empower them to engage with their alumni, and process and document this engagement. 

This fixed term position is a Parental Leave Cover until May ’25, is full time, and will be located at the City Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, always ensuring a high-level of customer service.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement plans and programs strategically aligned to organisational goals and objectives.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to draft reports, presentations, and professional correspondence to engage an audience.

 What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $90,316 to $99,655 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

  • Demonstrated experience and commitment to working in a client focused manner at all times, maintaining exceptional customer service as well as demonstrated experience working and building relationships with people across various levels of an organisation and key external stakeholders, including those from international backgrounds.
  • Proven organisational, time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and priorities and achieve set KPI’s.
  • High level of written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to develop reports, draft presentations and develop high level correspondence.
