The Opportunity

Join the Department of Forensic Medicine as the Admissions Officer and play a pivotal role in supporting the Accredited Training in Sexual Violence Response (ATSVR) Project, funded by the Commonwealth Department of Social Services. 

This position will oversee all aspects of admissions-related administrative tasks, handling the sensitive topic of sexual violence with professionalism and discretion. From managing in-person enrolments to coordinating training logistics and certification, you'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including medical practitioners and government bodies, to ensure efficient admissions processes.

Relevant qualifications and experience, along with a dedication to exceptional customer service is essential for this role. Desirably, we seek candidates with knowledge of course prerequisites, admissions as well as familiarity with university and faculty policies.
