About the Opportunity
As our new Administrative Assistant, you will provide expertise in a wide variety of administrative duties to support the Transformation and Improvement team. You will support the Intranet Service Directory and UWA Process Hub by handling customer enquiries, responding to changes in process ownership and organising training.

You will also assist with the development of the monthly and quarterly dashboards and the bi-monthly reminder process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the Service Directory and UWA Process Hub.
  • Maintain up-to-date process ownership and distribute feedback on the Service Directory across the university.
  • Monitor team email correspondence and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Offer guidance and advice on utilising the Service Directory and UWA Process Hub effectively.
  • Assist in documenting work instructions and improving standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure data quality by updating metadata and identifying inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
  • Coordinate training sessions and assist in preparing presentations and reports.

About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate relevant administrative experience along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications. Your ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and dedication to delivering high-quality customer service are essential.
