About the Role:
The Administrative officer position is a busy role which provides administrative support across the student lifecycle within vocational education. Reporting to the Administrative Coordinator, the Administrative Officer works closely with teaching area Managers to provide a customer focused service to current and future students and other stakeholders.  

There are currently 4 Fixed-term positions until 31/12/24 being offered at a HEP 5 Classification Level, Salary range $71,012 per annum (pro rata) - $81,568 per annum (pro rata), plus 17% Superannuation.

  • 2 Full-time (36.75 hours per week) positions located at our Werribee campus
  • 1 Full-time (36.75 hours per week) position located at our Sunshine campus
  • 1 Part-time (29.4 hours per week) position located at our Sunshine campus.

About You:

  • Experience in providing high level organisational and administrative support in a similar role with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver quality client / customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills together with the ability to adapt to changing work practices and procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team, together with the capability to work independently and meet the position objectives.
