  • HEO5, Base Salary $83,384 - $93,362 + 17% superannuation   


 


About the opportunity 


 


The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) is driven by academic rigour, intellectual curiosity and social inclusion, we're committed to solving pressing global challenges. The School of Languages and Cultures team within FASS is recruiting an Administration Officer - Teaching and Curriculum 


 


Your key responsibilities will be to: 


  • perform a broad range of educational administrative and operational support to meet the needs of the work area.  

  • coordinate the compilation and updating of resources and materials and ensure reporting and compliance requirements are met. 


 


About you 


 


  • demonstrated ability to interpret and implement policy and procedures and in establishing and reviewing administrative processes 

  • excellent computer skills including Microsoft office, databases, Excel, Power BI, and web-based software 

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service 

  • problem solving - strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgment and ability to prioritise workload during busy periods 

  • well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution, relationship building and influencing skills.
